Lana, Very clever...didnt think of that one...great style as always.
Extemely nice work. You add so much texture to your pieces. I love it! I am in awe. Great idea as well. I always love a good play on words.

Hi Michelle, very cute take on the subject.
So cute!
love it!!
And how! Great idea and very nice style.
great idea... and good job on Alfalfa!
I love this one! Well, I always love ur illos and I bet I couldn't be able of choosing my favorite one... but, if I have to do so, Alfalfa would be in my top ten, Michelle ;)
With each of your illos I have a great time looking at all the cool details you put on it... that makes you feel as if you were part of it!
Have a nice Sunday, my dear friend :-*
Nice...if I'm not watching History or Discovery my kids enjoy the older tv shows like Andy Griffith and the Stooges...but I wonder why they no longer show the old Our Gang/Little Rascals...As far as what became of Alfalfa...I think he was shot and killed in a hunting(?) accident...Spanky was one of the last living of the group and was interviewed about 10(?) years ago...not sure if he passed on yet...
Oh yes, I heard about alfalfa...I enjoyed watching the rascals too growing up. Fun memories :) thanks Brian. Thanks everyone!
hehehe... so clever michelle! goooooo lil' rascals! great illustration!
Hey Michelle...do you think Darla made him that sandwich? He sure did love her! This is great...thanks for making me smile!
Michele, that's cool =)
I especially also like the Eskimo doing ice fishing!

This is such a fun illustration Michelle, the alfalfa is great! P.S I finally worked out what I was doing wrong to get my blogger account working!
I don't think it'll be edible, no matter how many stuffings he puts in that sandwich!
alfafa looks like a little surprise at his alfafa sandwich.
YOur no 1 critic (Kevin as stated in your bio) should be quite PROUD!!! Love it!!

Is this a burger without meat? Yeah, alfalfa rules! (I'm a veggie;)). Thanks for your nice comment(s) on my blog. Though I don't reply all of them I appreciate it very much...
Yay... great to see someone included that American icon, Alfalfa. Beauty.

Wow, this has got to be one of the most original ideas in the "sprout" category, Michelle. I always enjoy your work. Good luck marketing your new cartoon characters, too.
i totally forgot about Alfalfa! How fun! I also like the Cherry St. Elementary Gang characters you've created! Can't wait to see what adventures you have in store for them! :)
