This is so very fun! Love it! You took something famous and made it even better!
This is really "CHOICE" I love it! Reminds me of a lot of folks I know, believe me!
Great take on the theme! I like the way you outline the artwork, very effective technique.
Also, the expression on the little girl's face in the safe contribution is totally perfect.
This is nice! Great idea. Wouldn't it be a fun IF challenge if EVERYONE did a reinterpretation of this?? I'd love to see that. Your work is really terrific, and I love the effort you make to leave so many positive comments on so many people's IF blogs.
A real oldage pair of farmers: He's looking direct, and his woman is looking at him.. funny, I like it!
Very... hmmmm Americano!
nice work.

Great work! Very american, indeed. I love the expression of her eyes.
That's great! I agree with the other comments - seems like the essence of the American farm couple!
may i just say this is the most adorable interpretation of american gothic i've ever seen! when i found out this week's topic, a.g. was the first thing that popped into my head...

AWESOME take!!
I so admire your talent and skill with digital art. Now that I'm trying to learn Painter, I can really see how much of that it takes! This is great!
really great. Thanks for visiting my blog.
Great interpretation, it'll be a great idea to adapt some famous painting to each of IF's theme :)
By jove, I think you've got it! Superbly rendered, as is your way. My daughter had suggested a take on 'Gothic' when she heard the topic, but I'm glad I went a different way, as yours is so very good.
